GUARANTEE
All products from Cignolabicicletta.it are covered by Italian warranty for two years for defects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/02. Damages arising from misuse are not covered and we will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from an improper use of products sold by us. If you wish to make use of the guarantee on one of the purchased products, contact Client Assistance Service.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Cignolabicicletta.it offers its clients the guarantee of “satisfied or your money back”. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can resend them. You will be refund according to the relevant regulations. Legislative Decree number 185/99 establishes a period in which you can exercise the right to withdraw, that is, within 10 days of receiving the goods. To make use of this guarantee, it is sufficient to follow the following procedure:
Send a letter by registered post with advice of receipt, within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, indicating your desire to exercise the right to withdraw, to the following address:

In any case, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible by telephone.
Products must be intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including documentation and accessories: manuals etc), and with appropriate external packaging sealed appropriately.
The transport costs are at the client’s expense.
Please note, products sent to our warehouse after the relevant period or without the requirements outlined above, will not be refund.
To exercise the right to withdraw, it is necessary to provide a bank or postal account number (IBAN Code, account holder); the refund will be made within 30 days following the receipt of the goods. The only expenses to be paid by the client are those relevant to the redelivery of the goods. The goods, once they have reached our warehouse, will be examined to determine if damage or mishandling has occurred, not arising from the transportation.
This right is reserved exclusively to physical persons (consumers) and cannot therefore be exercised by legal persons and physical persons who act for ends which are relevant to their professional activity.
RETURNING GOODS
In all cases of returning goods, the transport costs are to be paid by the client, except in the event of goods which are defective and still subject to guarantee, in which case the redelivery costs for the replacement of the product are to be paid by Cignolabicicletta.it
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Cignolabicicletta.it delivers products within 15 working days from the moment of payment. Deliveries will be carried out with the courier, Bartolini.
Upon delivery of the product
With the aim of making our service more efficient, we ask you to check the condition of the packaging at the moment of delivery.
In the event that the packaging is not entirely intact, accept with reservation, or next to your signature on the proof of delivery, write clearly: “RECEIVED UNCHECKED: package damaged”.
If the package is seriously damaged, in such a way as to have also caused damage to the internal contents, refuse the goods, asking clearly to write on the docket: “GOODS REFUSED: package damaged”.
Any disputes must be immediately raised or the goods are taken to have been delivered correctly.
The delivery note, contained in the pocket on the outside of the package, should be held as a valid document for the guarantee.
In the event that you are not present at the moment of delivery, a card will be left (advising of attempted delivery) and, if the client does not give alternative instructions, the courier will return to deliver the following day.
No cost will be charged for holding.

All payments made by credit card use the e-commerce platform SETEFI. SETEFI is an innovative service promoted and produced by ABI (Italian Banking Association) specifically for e-commerce.
This platform allows purchases to be made online with the greatest ease and with a guarantee of security and privacy. Transactions are not made through instruments managed by the Cignolabicicletta.it site, but through the technologically secure e-commerce servers of SETEFI. Cignolabicicletta will never have access to the personal data with respect to credit cards.
There will be no additional charge for payment by credit card.

If you are paying with a bank transfer, the delivery of the goods will take place only after verifying that the relevant amount has been credited to our account.
